About The Position

Seeking a seasonal worker to help support the Fair & Expo main office during the month of July. This position’s duties include providing front-line customer service and administrative support for the Clatsop County Fair & Expo Department to ensure accurate delivery of information and a positive guest experience during Fair operations. Serve as a primary point of contact for public inquiries by staffing and operating the Fair Information Booth.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED, or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be acceptable.
  • Must possess a valid Oregon State Class C driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in positions involving in-person and telephone customer services with the public.
  • Prior experience working moderate to large events.
  • Basic event set-up support & cleaning.
  • Previous cash handling and payment system experience.

Responsibilities
