The Mayo Clinic and Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center (MCCCC) are seeking open-rank faculty members with strong leadership potential in Computational and Digital Biology and Immunology. The positions are focused on translating cutting-edge cancer research into clinical impact. MCCCC has established a significant research hub with a strong artificial intelligence (AI) program for virtual cell and organ modeling, digital twins, and AI-based discovery, alongside a robust computational sciences program. The goal is to transform cancer patient care through target discovery, innovative therapeutic strategies, and next-generation immunotherapies, with a proven history of translating discoveries into clinical trials. Successful candidates will lead efforts to integrate and interpret multimodal datasets, including single-cell and spatial multi-omics, immune repertoire profiling, functional genomics, imaging, proteomics, and clinical patient data. The aim is to generate actionable insights that accelerate the development of diagnostics, monitoring tools, and therapies, particularly immunotherapies. The positions can be located at Mayo Clinic's campuses in Rochester, Minnesota; Jacksonville, Florida; or Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona, with opportunities to collaborate across the Mayo Clinic enterprise.
