Faculty - Bachelor of Social Work Program
About The Position
Herzing's career focused programs strive to bridge the gap between theory and practice. We are looking for a professional in the social work field who can translate their background, education, and rich experience into an engaging learning environment. The University embraces use of technology to facilitate student access to education. Delivery of content on a Learning Management System (LMS) allows students to access learning materials as often as they need in order to master concepts. Utilization of the LMS is necessary for faculty to monitor student engagement and performance in order to provide appropriate and timely intervention. Faculty must employ technology to monitor student progress, communicate with students individually and collectively, and support students through constructive feedback and/or additional learning resources.
Requirements
- Hold a Master's Degree in social work from a CSWE accredited program
- At least two years of post-master's practice experience
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Must reside in the United States to participate in a remote work arrangement.
Nice To Haves
- PhD in Social work or DSW preferred
- Master's Level Professional License is preferred
