About The Position
Western Kentucky University (WKU) is seeking to create a pool of instructors for any current or future part-time assignments in Analytics & Information Systems. Course topics would be in one of the following areas: Analytics, Cybersecurity Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. We are seeking part-time faculty for day and evening classes at the Owensboro Campus location.
Requirements
- A master's degree in the discipline (or closely related field) is required for teaching undergraduate-level courses.
- A terminal degree is required for teaching graduate-level courses.
- Pre-employment criminal background checks are required by Kentucky state law for all public institutions of postsecondary education.
Nice To Haves
- Prior teaching experience.
- Experience with online education.
