About The Position
We’re hiring Factory Workers for a large, established manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and build a long-term career in manufacturing. The day-to-day work is hands-on, involving the assembly, handling, inspection, and packaging of manufactured products. We're looking for dependable, hardworking people who are comfortable with physical work, can follow instructions, and are interested in learning new skills.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical, hands-on work throughout a 12-hour shift
- Ability to regularly stand, bend, reach, lift, and handle materials
- Comfortable working with basic tools and equipment
- Willingness to learn new tasks and follow instructions
- Strong attention to workplace safety and quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on manufacturing tasks, including assembling, handling, and preparing products throughout the production process.
- Use basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment to complete assigned work.
- Inspect materials and finished products to identify defects or other quality issues.
- Label, wrap, package, stack, and prepare finished products for the next stage of production.
- Lift, carry, load, unload, and move materials and products throughout the work area.
- Assist with operating production machinery and monitoring equipment during manufacturing.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while following established safety procedures.
- Learn different production tasks and workstations as you gain experience.
