About The Position

This position involves working 4 10-hour days in a factory/paper environment. The role requires operating various small bindery equipment, performing hand assembly, and ensuring jobs meet quality requirements by reading and interpreting work orders. Responsibilities also include inspecting and packing products, maintaining throughput levels, assisting with training new employees, and upholding a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Assembly and machine operation experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate various small bindery equipment.
• Perform various hand assembly procedures.
• Reading and interpreting work orders to determine and confirm exact set up specifications to ensure job meets quality requirements.
• Inspect and pack product before advancing to shipping or other departments.
• Produce expected levels of throughput.
• Assist with training new employees as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
