About The Position

This role is responsible for directing, leading, organizing, and motivating an assigned factory to meet strategic and operational objectives. The Factory Manager is accountable for the safety, quality, on-time delivery, lead-time productivity, and budget of their assigned factory. This position also involves identifying and justifying staffing and capital requirements, contributing to the strategic direction of the factory, and modeling company values and manufacturing principles.

Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree in related technical field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of eight years' related experience in increasingly complex leadership roles supporting manufacturing operations.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, organize and delegate work; intervene to remove obstacles as needed.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing process and product flow.
  • Demonstrated ability to model, mentor and teach SEL values to others.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
  • Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Background check results satisfactory to SEL.
  • Negative drug test result(s).
