About The Position

Concerto Renal Services is an industry leader in sub-acute hemodialysis within a skilled nursing facility and/or long-term care facility. We are a rapidly expanding business with a simple mission: reimagining dialysis care, one community at a time. Our model focuses on ensuring those with end-stage renal disease receive the best possible care through a more convenient, centralized, continuous care model. Concerto is seeking a Facility & Water Compliance Manager who oversees water treatment responsibilities, facility maintenance and assistance with supply coordination in Concerto’s dialysis dens, whether at established units or related to new den startups and/or closures. Facility & Water Compliance Manager are the subject matter experts on the functionality of Concerto’s dialysis machines and the primary contact for coordinating machines and facility maintenance and repairs at the clinic level.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in dialysis biomedical/technical field or 8 years in a related medical field.
  • Must be flexible: able to think swiftly and adapt accordingly.
  • Ability to problem-solve.
  • Willing to travel 30-40% of the time.
  • A critical thinker and problem-solver.
  • An individual who thrives in a team environment.
  • An individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Purpose-driven.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs for all new team members.
  • Provide ongoing support and skill development for field team members through education and coaching.
  • Assist in maintaining quality control standards for water analysis, cultures, and overall water quality.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards in collaboration with Educators, RNs, PCTs, Regionals, and VPs.
  • Collaborate with leadership on expansion projects, remodels, and acquisitions within designated markets.
  • Monitor census data regularly to respond to operational demands in real time.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions for technical issues encountered by team members in the field.
  • Maintain and update annual skills checklists for team members, Clinical Team, and MDs.
  • Schedule and lead regular team meetings to communicate updates, delegate responsibilities, and encourage feedback for process improvement.
