Requirements

Lift, Push, Pull up to 150lbs
Walk / Stand/ Climb stairs and Ladders for up to 8 hours per day
Ability to work at heights when needed
Ability to read, write, speak proficiently in English
Ability to use fingers and hands for fine manipulation
Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
Ability to read and use a tape measure
Ability to use computer and various other electronics
Ability to work in the United States without Sponsorship

Responsibilities

Plan and conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unplanned downtimes and extend the lifetime of the building technology.
Care for the indoor and outdoor installations.
Coordination of the winter service (if necessary through external providers).
Care and maintenance of the equipment (fleet, motorized assistive devices, etc.).
Autonomous acquisition of consumables and auxiliary materials in consideration of the laws and standards.
Implementation of minor repairs regarding sanitary, building equipment.
Autonomous consideration of the efficiency (own repair or third-party service).
Assistance in disaster operation.
Control the technical equipment (even at weekends), on-call service in consultation with the team.
Availability/Support at events.
