Requirements

  • 1–3 years in a general maintenance role.
  • Plumbing or Electrical experience required (tools, gauges, fixtures, etc.).
  • Experience in drywall installation and/or spray foam insulation.
  • Proficient with hand and power tools.
  • Familiar with general building maintenance, small repairs, and unit renovations.
  • Strong attention to safety, hygiene, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Able to safely perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and prolonged physical activity.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Complete general building maintenance and repairs.
  • Measure, cut, install, tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall panels, apply spray foam insulation with proper coverage and thickness.
  • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures.
  • Use hand and power tools safely to perform maintenance tasks and equipment repairs.
  • Conduct electrical maintenance (e.g., replacing lights, outlets, and fuses).
  • Support the maintenance of production equipment under guidance from senior technicians.
  • Identify and report potential maintenance or safety issues to leadership and collaborate on solutions.
  • Work cooperatively and communicate effectively within a structured team environment.
  • Compliance with all rules & policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc.
  • Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP.
  • Other duties as assigned.
