Responsibilities

Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation
Change batteries as needed
Manage a “Hot Swap” Process
Wash batteries
Water batteries, filling
Collect and record runtime data
Monitor reports for underperforming batteries
Collect forklift hour meter readings for PMs schedules, enter in CMMS
PM batteries, check water systems, check specific gravity, check cables, repair cables, equalize if necessary
Maintain battery charges, racks and clean drip trays, clean rollers
Maintain RoboWrap batteries, change as needed
Helps to coordinate, load(s) and unload(s) all recycling materials as needed
Loads and operates corrugate to baler as needed
Housekeeping duties as assigned or immediate to battery change area(s)
Move up to 50lbs as well as stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 10 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
Supports overall function as needed
Working in all Pallet flow, repairs, transports, delivers, retrieves and loads/offloads trailers in support of operational need.
Maintains serviceability all tools and equipment and supply stocks.
