About The Position

Hours: 9a-5p - must be able to do OT Responsibilities Electrical Piping/Installation (a plus) Electrical Trouble shooting (High Voltage/Low Voltage) Lighting LED/fluorescent Mechanical troubleshooting Plumbing, PVC, soldering plumbing Sanitary Stainless-Steel Welding a plus HVAC (a plus) Hydraulic repair a plus Working knowledge of VFDs a plus Possess a good working knowledge of all levels of welding and cutting equipment required to perform industrial maintenance welding and fabrication. Perform duties in a safe manner in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies. Perform all preventative maintenance duties to equipment. Continually monitor machinery and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in welding metal fabrication OR completion of a 2-year technical training program OR college degree
• Ability to recognize and avoid electrical hazards.
• Skill in proper use of voltage and testing.
• Good decision-making ability to determine level of hazard, proper PPE and job planning to safely perform tasks.
• Able to obtain certificate to operate powered industrial lift trucks.
• Written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
• Must possess necessary tools to perform assigned tasks
