About The Position
Clean Harbors is seeking a Facility Technician I in San Jose, California, to perform hands-on facility operations. The position is described as a potential opportunity for college students or recent high school graduates seeking work experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- At least 1 year of related experience.
- Ability to use a computer.
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience (preferred, not required).
Responsibilities
- Follow company policies and processes to maintain health and safety as the top priority.
- Perform daily drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, and truck offloading.
- Complete and submit paperwork for waste-tracking movements and use a scanning application.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
