About The Position
Join our award-winning team at the Wallhouse Hotel located in Walnut Creek, Ohio. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Facility Support Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept environment while supporting the overall upkeep of the property.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
- Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Must be on call for any emergency that may come up.
Nice To Haves
- Basic maintenance knowledge is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.
- Complete maintenance slips (work orders) in a timely manner.
- Perform minor repairs and paint touch-ups.
- Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas, including parking lots, flower beds, and trash removal.
- Assist with groundkeeping, including pulling weeds and general upkeep of the exterior.
- Pressure wash sidewalks and areas of the parking lot.
- Perform carpet cleaning and floor cleaning.
- Monitor and check pool chemicals to ensure the proper levels.
- Assist housekeeping as needed to support daily operations.
