Facility Supervisor
About The Position
The Chanhassen Recreation Center is seeking a year-round Facility Supervisor for three weekends per month. The hours are Saturdays and Sundays, 2:15pm - 8:15pm, during the school year and Saturdays, 2:15-6:15pm in the summer (closed Sundays) with the ability to pick up open shifts. The Facility Supervisor is part of a team responsible for the overall delivery of excellent customer service to all customers and program participants of the Chanhassen Recreation Center. This person is responsible for assisting customers in person and on the phone at the front desk, responding to guest needs, promoting Park & Rec programs, fitness and rentals, setting up and cleaning up rentals for the day, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at the Recreation Center. Position participates in Public Employee Retirement Association.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in-person and over the telephone.
- Sell and promote City programs, rentals, and Chan Rec Center passes.
- Handle and resolve complaints and inform supervisor of unresolved issues.
- Perform daily cleaning of lobby, office conference/meeting rooms, fitness center, dance studio, locker rooms and gym.
- Additional duties as assigned.
