Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales and management experience in building maintenance, facility management, or related fields.
  • High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through skills.
  • Friendly, positive personality with great relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Reliable transportation for local client visits.

Responsibilities

  • Manage strong, lasting relationships with assigned clients and contractors.
  • Develop tailored service strategies to fit each client's unique requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts for additional services and coordinate logistics and staffing.
  • Perform quality inspections and follow up to maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Supervise Night Managers to ensure services are executed flawlessly.
  • Coordinate supplies procurement and promote additional sales opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and the operations team to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client activities and schedule tasks efficiently.
  • Keep all client service documentation up to date and accurate.
