Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a Facility Services Site Planner to join their global team. This role is designed as 'Onsite' and will primarily be based out of an HPE office in Chippewa Falls, WI. The primary responsibility is to serve as the Global Real Estate (GRE) contact for global operational strategy development and implementation of key real estate and operational strategies at the region and local levels. This includes liaising with business and function management to understand business strategy and changing operational needs, identifying solutions, developing and implementing new/revised programs (e.g., Energy, Workplace Transformation, crisis management), and fostering the GRE/business relationship at a region and local level. The role facilitates the integration of GRE services and other company horizontal functions to solve diverse and complex issues, minimizing gaps and overlaps at the user level. The Site Planner leads the effective implementation of key real estate and operational Global strategies and programs at the local level, developing operational strategies or managing operations at company facilities to achieve infrastructure reliability and efficient building operations across various environments (office, clean room, manufacturing, data center). Responsibilities also include sustaining engineering activities, providing technical support for existing site facility infrastructure systems, offering emergency response engineering solutions for critical infrastructure failures, and establishing processes for maintaining building systems and equipment. The role directs, manages performance, and coordinates external providers (e.g., Food Services, Custodial, Maintenance) for projects and programs, develops and adjusts strategies to meet corporate and GRE objectives, and provides financial and contractual oversight, including establishing and meeting targets for multi-million-dollar budgets. Process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and reduce operating costs are also a key focus, as is driving local planning and implementation for Mergers, Acquisitions, Outsourcing, and Divestitures (MADO) activities. The Site Planner will interface with local/state/country governmental agencies, employee worker councils, and industry organizations, ensuring all activities comply with regulatory, local legal compliance, and company policy requirements.
