About The Position

The Facilities Services Coordinator provides support to the Facilities Manager by providing administrative support to operational activities in maintenance, CMMS work order system, vendor oversight, equipment and supplies, and client relationships ensuring that expected service levels are achieved.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the internet.
  • Client Relations and Customer Service Oriented
  • Planning, Organization & System Know-how

Nice To Haves

  • Administrative support experience of facilities maintenance, support services, military, and/or housekeeping experience.
  • Or prior Hospitality experience in a management role, Housekeeping Manager, Front Office Manager, Convention Coordinators, Operations/General Manager
  • CMMS experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the administrative oversight of facility services provided by SSC and subcontractors
  • Manages work orders and CMMS
  • Schedule and manage repairs and maintenance, minor works and other work requests, tracking to completion.
  • Provide information and direction to vendors, facilities staff and other service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work, with minimal disruption.
  • Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required
  • Update and maintain accurate records and official documentation for the site/s and equipment
  • Maintain emergency contact lists for employees, vendors, key building personnel
  • Maintain Best Practice Manuals (add addendums/updates as required)
  • Maintain compliance documents (OSHA, EPA, etc.) and record information in CMMS
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Deliver an exceptional quality of service
  • Coordinate site operations in accordance with all agreed policies, procedures and contract scope.
