Requirements

Experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) in a possessing facility
Experience with government systems such as NISS, DISS, and CDSE
Knowledge of the 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual
Ability to operate independently, communicate clearly, and prioritize tasking in a changing environment
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Top Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience with collateral industrial security, including as an FSO or AFSO, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with collateral industrial security, including as an FSO or AFSO
Completion of CDSE's FSO Program Management For Possessing Facilities and Insider Threat Program for Industry Courses

Nice To Haves

Experience with COMSEC, SCIFs, and SAPFs
Knowledge of ICD 705
Ability to multitask
