Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Facility Security Officer (FSO)/Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) Manager to join our team! Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in managing security programs in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs).
  • Completion of the FSO Management Course (mandatory).
  • Experience with DCSA inspections and maintaining a compliant security program.
  • Strong understanding of personnel security processes, including clearance processing, onboarding, and reinvestigations.
  • Proven ability to conduct self-inspections and prepare for government audits.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with SCI PERSEC security protocols and processes.
  • Ability to safeguard classified information and ensure compliance with secure handling, storage, and transmission procedures.
  • NSA COMSEC Course
  • TS/SCI eligibility required
