About The Position

PREMIER THERAPY is seeking a licensed therapist to lead our rehab team as a Full-Time Facility Rehab Director (FRD) in Wooster, Ohio. This is an opportunity for a therapist who enjoys leadership, team development, and building strong interdisciplinary relationships in a skilled nursing setting. At PREMIER THERAPY, our leaders are supported by experienced clinical and operational teams who understand the challenges of the rehab environment and value collaboration, communication, and patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Licensed PTA or COTA
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for team development and patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the therapy department
• Support and mentor therapy staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Help drive quality patient outcomes
