About The Position

Downhole Chemical Solutions (DCS) is an employee-owned oil and gas chemical company specializing in slickwater fluid systems and stimulation chemistries. We are seeking a Facility Operator in Midland, TX, to support daily facility operations, including managing powder deliveries and loading pneumatic trailers. This role requires meticulous inventory tracking, adherence to safety and environmental policies, and effective collaboration with the DriFlow team under supervision.

Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to stoop and bend.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
Ability to maintain balance at elevated heights.
Ability to climb ladders.
Pass a pre-employment physical exam.
Ability to work outdoors for long periods and endure all types of weather.
Exposure to varying outdoor conditions (chemicals, gases, noise, dampness, fumes, radiation, and heights).
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid state-issued driver’s license.
Ability to drive a company vehicle and meet program requirements.
2 years of stable, related work history in the oilfield.
Prior experience in warehousing, inventory, and forklift operation.
Five (5) years of stable, related work history in oilfield, preferably on a hydraulic fracturing crew.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Perform duties as requested by the Facility Supervisor.
Manage inventory by arranging inspections, verifying product counts, and transacting returned inventory into stock.
Operate forklift and Yard dog.
Document and record inventory movement within the warehouse for efficiency.
Identify, label, record, assign, and place materials in designated locations for inventory accuracy.
Operate equipment for loading/unloading of incoming and outgoing inventory.
Perform and report cycle counts as assigned.
Prepare and secure inventory for outgoing shipments and verify incoming orders.
Pull and verify inventory listed on incoming orders.
Stage secured outgoing inventory in the designated area.
Perform pre-use inspections and preventive maintenance on filling equipment.
Count, receive, store, ship, and replenish inventory in the warehouse.
Ensure material handling, packaging, and storage do not cause damage or harm.
Support asset management transactions and activities.
Complete all company-designated training and competency programs.
