About The Position

As a Facility Operations Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies, and meet Life Time's standards of presentation. You will maintain the cleanliness and safety of indoor and outdoor club areas, care for member towels and locker rooms, manage the use of locker room consumables and cleaning products within department budget guidelines, and respond to member inquiries about Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Wash, fold, and stock member towels and ensure locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensure the use of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follows the amounts prearranged by the department budget.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures.
