Requirements
- Can work well with a wide variety of age groups
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours) and regular attendance necessary

Responsibilities
- Monitor overall appearance and cleanliness of the complex, both indoors and outdoors
- Maintain courts, fields, office spaces, equipment, and facility assets as required
- Perform routine cleaning of floors, windows, glass surfaces, guest areas, and common spaces.
- Inventory, organize, and stock supply closets, toolboxes, and maintenance areas
- Clean, restock, and maintain restrooms, including toilets, sinks, floors, and guest amenities
- Clean all guest seating areas, lobbies, and entrances
- Remove facility trash and recycling and ensure proper disposal procedures are followed
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and facility conversions as needed
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work with managers and vendors as directed
- Perform minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility upkeep tasks
- Provide courteous and friendly service to all guests and assist with directions, questions, and facility information
- Maintain general knowledge of facility programs, leagues, events, and amenities
- Respond to guest concerns and direct issues to the appropriate manager for resolution
- Support other departments, including events, guest services, and operations, as needed
- Uphold facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
