JLL is seeking a Facility Operations Specialist to provide critical technical and administrative support for facility operations in a large federal building. This role involves developing digital infrastructure records and construction documents, as well as managing customer service operations through a work order system. The position requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and excellent communication abilities. The specialist will work closely with property management, engineering staff, and agency personnel. The customer service desk is fully staffed between 6 AM and 6 PM. Candidates applying to this role will be considered for either a CAD Operator/Technician or a Customer Service/Administrative Representative position based on their qualifications and experience. This position does not provide visa sponsorship, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
