About The Position

The Off-Site Coordinator is responsible for the supervision of preventative and corrective maintenance programs for all off-site hospital facilities. Responsible for the direct supervision and management of Team Members designated to perform related tasks. Responsible for the budgeting, requisitioning, and documentation of equipment, supplies, materials, capital and operation expenditures. Responsible for all off-site construction and renovation projects from planning to completion stage. Perform as liaison between off-site facility managers and hospital facility operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum of four years experience in overall maintenance and plant operations including: mechanical systems, heating, incinerators and air conditioning.
• Must possess sufficient experience and a general knowledge in supervision and management of people and the possession of good people skills.
• Years of experience determined by the quality of assignments and relation to position responsibilities.
• Skills in oral and written communications, computer and AIMS system, project management and scheduling required.
• Knowledge of all power tools, electrical and mechanical testing equipment as well as the ability to operate all electrical and mechanical testing equipment as well as the ability to operate all electrical and mechanical equipment and systems for required overall plant services operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the maintenance of off-site buildings, interior, exterior, grounds, and plant operation systems. Including assisting employees in troubleshooting plant operations and equipment.
• Supervises and manages assigned employees including: Counseling, Evaluations, Implementation of preventative maintenance programs, Work schedule and shift assignments, Conduct training programs for employees
• Supervises the requisitioning and purchasing of equipment, supplies, and materials.
• Participate and provide input during the planning stages and supervise all off-site construction and renovation projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
