The Off-Site Coordinator is responsible for the supervision of preventative and corrective maintenance programs for all off-site hospital facilities. Responsible for the direct supervision and management of Team Members designated to perform related tasks. Responsible for the budgeting, requisitioning, and documentation of equipment, supplies, materials, capital and operation expenditures. Responsible for all off-site construction and renovation projects from planning to completion stage. Perform as liaison between off-site facility managers and hospital facility operations.
