Our organization is currently seeking a Retail Operations & Facility Launch Coordinator. A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements

  • In-Depth knowledge of the business and systems
  • Grounded deep in lean principles
  • Ability to lead change
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to see risk and bring it forward
  • Ability to mitigate risk
  • Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a 'Driver' as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Travel Required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Business Degree preferred; company will consider a combination of education and experience
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate Facility layouts
  • Act as a General Contractor for new facility launches
  • Develop and manage projects budgets and timelines
  • Identify, elevate and mitigate risks
  • Grounded in lean principles and visual management systems
  • Develop and execute quality and process audits
  • Development and Execution of Inventory Management Systems
