Our organization is currently seeking a Retail Operations & Facility Launch Coordinator. A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements

In-Depth knowledge of the business and systems
Grounded deep in lean principles
Ability to lead change
Excellent communication skills
Ability to see risk and bring it forward
Ability to mitigate risk
Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a 'Driver' as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Travel Required

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Business Degree preferred; company will consider a combination of education and experience
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate Facility layouts
Act as a General Contractor for new facility launches
Develop and manage projects budgets and timelines
Identify, elevate and mitigate risks
Grounded in lean principles and visual management systems
Develop and execute quality and process audits
Development and Execution of Inventory Management Systems
