About The Position

Performs tasks related to the overall management and operations of facilities, including energy management, material inventory, maintenance and construction. May oversee the repair, replacement or redesign of facilities, and preventive maintenance planning and scheduling. Implements the timely completion of requirements in compliance with Company programs, objectives and within established cost parameters. May monitor work performed by vendors and/or subcontractors; determines adequacy of work relative to job specifications/scope, and recommends corrective actions as required.

Requirements

• Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards
• General application of standard concepts and principles
• Knowledge of Environmental Regulations, construction building codes and safe work practices
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
• Ability to identify and procure materials
• Forklift Operator
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of industrial processes, mechanics, and industrial health and safety laws
• Ability to work with ARCHIBUS facilities work order system
• Inventory control and material handling knowledge
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists
• Must have a current State and Government Driver’s license
• Must be a US Citizen for consideration
• Must have an active DoD security clearance or be able to obtain one
