Requirements

4+ years of facilities management experience (supervisory experience preferred).
Tech-savvy, highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of excelling independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Pharma Manufacturing is a bonus!
Bilingual skills are a plus!

Responsibilities

Lead exciting projects and innovative programs, ensuring they align with business priorities and ISS global/local standards.
Identify and champion best practices, bringing innovative solutions from concept to successful implementation.
Foster collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals and seamless project rollouts.
Ensure contract promises are consistently met and exceeded.
Champion continuous improvement and innovation across your teams.
Own project delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards to guarantee successful outcomes.
Enhance customer loyalty and drive satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
