Requirements

Must have access to reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
Lifting up to 55 pounds

Nice To Haves

College Degree is a plus
Customer Service/Facility Management background preferred

Responsibilities

Provide high levels of customer care and a friendly, cooperative attitude
Manage facility needs including HVAC support, Building repairs, Vendor coordination and Facility access/alarm systems
Operate sit-down and stand-up forklift as needed
Assist with annual budget planning process for departments supported
Work with vendors for new capital projects
Data Entry
Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
Shipping & Receiving coordination, ordering supplies
Perform other tasks as assigned
