Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
Ability to communicate effectively with external customers and internal departments.
Skills in organizing and prioritizing work activities.
Ability to read and write and follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to use hand tools.
Facility Maintenance Work Order Systems
High School Diploma/G.E.D Required
4 Years of Direct Experience in Facility Maintenance and/or Multiple Industry Trades
Drive
Lift up to 40 lbs.
Carry up to 40 lbs.
Push/pull
Bend/stoop
Kneel
Squat/crouch
Stand

High School Diploma Preferred, but NOT Required

HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing

Responsibilities

Vehicle mechanics and parts replacements.
Light to heavy industrial building maintenance.
Light to moderate industrial plumbing.
Industrial preventative maintenance.
Light to heavy industrial painting.
Conduct facility audits, documenting all issues found at the facility.
Assist in contacting vendors for general repairs.
Help develop more effective maintenance procedures.
Maintain work order systems.
Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition.
Implement workplace safety policies and standards.
