About The Position
Facility technician will report directly to the Facilities Manager on a day to day basis. Preventative maintenance is key to keeping our gyms in prime condition for our members. As our organization continues to grow we need someone we can rely on to promptly respond to maintenance requests. The facility technician will be responsible for maintaining equipment repairs, annual maintenance, painting as necessary, and other general wear and tear maintenance.
Requirements
- Must be able to move / lift 30+ lbs
- Drug test
- References from previous employers (1-2 would be great)
- Clean driving record
- Valid driver's license
- Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)

- Gym equipment repair experience
Responsibilities
- Drywall repair
- General plumbing
- Painting
- Annual preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery
- Working with operations associates to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
- Performing routine machine maintenance to identify and correct mechanical defects before machines fail
- Receive and fulfill work orders submitted for equipment and building repairs promptly and efficiently.
