Facility Maintenance Technician – Multi‑Location Support
About The Position
Jacob’s Automotive Group is seeking a skilled, reliable Maintenance Technician to support multiple dealership locations in Bradenton, New Port Richey, and Wesley Chapel. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on problem-solving, and helps keep facilities safe, clean, and fully operational. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on interior and exterior building structures across all three locations. This role works closely with management to address facility needs efficiently and professionally.

- Experience with carpentry and general repairs.
- Experience with basic drywall patching and finishing.
- Experience with minor electrical troubleshooting and repairs (non-licensed).
- Experience with basic plumbing repairs and fixture replacements.
- Experience with facility and grounds maintenance.
- Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment.
- Must have reliable transportation for travel between locations (though transportation expenses are covered).

Responsibilities
- Perform minor framing and structural repairs.
- Install or repair doors, trim, and hardware.
- Perform basic drywall patching and finishing.
- Troubleshoot minor electrical issues, including light fixture repairs/replacements and switch/outlet troubleshooting.
- Perform basic plumbing repairs, including leak detection, correction, and fixture replacements (faucets, toilets, etc.).
- Maintain interior and exterior building upkeep.
- Perform general repairs throughout dealership facilities.
- Coordinate with managers on maintenance priorities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment at all locations.
