About The Position

We are looking for a hard-working, self-motivated Facility Maintenance Technician who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and take on whatever the day throws at them. You’ll be the go-to person for repairs, upkeep, and problem-solving across multiple buildings — and you’ll interact with employees daily to keep our facilities safe, functional, and looking sharp. Welding skills? Big plus. Electrical skills? Even better. A strong work ethic and pride in your craft? That’s what matters most.

Requirements

• A strong work ethic and the drive to get things done without being micromanaged
• Experience with basic facility repairs — carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance
• Professional, friendly communication with employees while solving facility issues
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Build and carry out maintenance schedules that keep equipment running and prevent breakdowns before they happen
• Handle everyday fixes — carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, replacing bulbs, repairing fixtures, patching walls, and more
• Keep an eye on building climate systems, troubleshoot issues, and swap filters as needed
• Be the first call when something goes wrong — security issues, fire alarms, major maintenance problems
• When a job needs outside help, you’ll call in the pros and make sure the work gets done right and on time
• Perform regular safety checks and ensure all buildings meet federal, state, and local codes
