GRS Facility Maintenance Technician

About The Position
This position ensures all equipment inside the GRS shop operates in a safe and timely manner. This position allows GRS to keep production techs on production tasks rather than being pulled to repair and or do PM work on all equipment inside the GRS production shop for generation repair and services. Employees in this role actively maintain, update, and support facility maintenance activities.
Requirements
- High School Grad / GED
- 3+ years of experience
- Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)

Responsibilities
- Basic HVAC maintenance
- Basic plumbing maintenance
- Basic lighting and electrical, non-certification
- Grounds maintenance with use of small tractor, lawn mower and hand-tools, weed removal and landscaping
- Forklift operation for load and unload of material and equipment
- Basic facility maintenance; drywall repair, painting, labeling, floor scrubbing using mechanical floor scrubber, power washing
- Facility maintenance supply ordering, receiving and storage
- Maintain shared equipment, conduct safety checks and inspections
- Coordinate, schedule and contract coordinate with all vendors for facility services
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
