Facility Maintenance Technicians are responsible for completing all service requests at the direction of the Director of Facility Operations as well as each facility’s Operations Manager and Program Director. This role involves general facility maintenance, including vehicle repairs, drywall patching and painting, plumbing and electrical needs, furniture assembly, and lock repair/installation. The technician will also be responsible for documenting repair costs, completing reporting for credit card tracking, and assisting with facility kitchen duties such as labeling food items and discarding expired food. This is a part-time position requiring flexibility for emergencies and travel between two Sacramento locations.
