About The Position

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician. As the Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should ideally have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.

Requirements

1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred
Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing trouble-shooting skills
Utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plus
Hands-on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits preferred.
Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair
An ability to work well under pressure
Relevant technical knowledge
Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship at any time.

HVAC Certified preferred

Responsibilities

Ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations.
Responsible for the upkeep of the facility.
Work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
Sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
Lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
