About The Position

This is a full-time position responsible for general facility maintenance and repair. Duties include cleaning, light maintenance tasks such as changing air filters and light bulbs, maintaining work vehicles and equipment, and performing landscaping duties like mowing, trimming, and managing sprinkler systems. The role also involves other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Good communication skills
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to work under stressful situations and tight time constraints
• Self-motivated
• Team Player
• Able to lift 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Must possess a valid unrestricted driver's license
• SIDA badge (as required per the Airport Authority)

Responsibilities

• General facility cleaning
• Light Maintenance (soft water salt, a/c filter changes, light bulbs etc.)
• Maintaining work vehicles, equipment, etc.
• Landscaping (mowing, trimming, sprinkler system)
• Other duties as assigned
