About The Position
Lou Sobh Automotive Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facility Maintenance Associate to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our dealership throughout the day. This position focuses on maintaining the dealership during daytime business hours.
Requirements
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of customer waiting areas, offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Restock restroom and coffee station supplies
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot clean floors as needed
- Empty trash throughout the dealership
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers and employees
- Monitor facility cleanliness during business hours and address needs promptly
