About The Position

Facility Housekeepers help provide U-Haul’s exceptional service by keeping the facility clean and inviting. The position includes cleaning storage units and common areas, disposing of trash, and maintaining cleaning supply inventory. The work environment may involve moderate risks or discomforts, including moving parts or machines, fumes, and irritant chemicals. Protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be required. The job requires some physical exertion, including periods of standing, moving around outdoors, reaching objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing at least 50 pounds, with or without assistance. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship. U-Haul states that it will not hire or re-hire nicotine-product users in Florida and other listed states. Responsibilities

Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other areas.
Dispose of trash.
Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory and request supplies as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
