Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various systems and components such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other building-related tasks.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and potential issues. Provide recommendations for repairs or improvements.
• Respond to maintenance requests.
• Regularly inspect and maintain building systems, equipment, and facilities, following preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Set up and install new equipment, fixtures, furniture, or appliances as required. Ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety standards.
• Diagnose and resolve problems with electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, doors and windows, locks, and other building components. Repair or replace faulty parts or equipment as needed.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment. Coordinate with appropriate personnel to procure necessary items within budgetary constraints.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing maintenance tasks. Identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks.

• Hourly base salary for this position is $29.09 - $41.54 and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance to local state and federal ‘Wage and Hour’ requirements.
