About The Position
Join our team at a private Golf Course and Country Club in El Dorado Hills as a Facility Engineer. We're looking for an experienced and dependable individual for a full-time position.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least three years of hands-on maintenance experience in country clubs, apartments, restaurants, or hotels.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more.

- Additional training in related fields
Responsibilities
- Electrical work including switches, receptacles, light bulbs and fixtures, ballasts, transformers, relays, motors, etc.
- HVAC Maintenance including filters, coil cleaning, capacitors, contactors, etc.
- Pool Maintenance including testing and adding chemicals, cleaning, equipment repair, etc.
- Kitchen Equipment Maintenance including ovens, ice machines, refrigerators, etc.
- Building Maintenance including wall patching, paint, woodwork, carpet, furniture, etc.
- Plumbing Maintenance including faucets, toilets, copper pipe repairs, drains, drain cleaning, etc.
- Some Janitorial Duties including removal of trash, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, etc.
