About The Position

This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure the clubhouse and its facilities are in good working order. The Facility Director will also be responsible for forecasting expenses related to repairs, maintaining a clean and tidy clubhouse environment, overseeing equipment operation and maintenance, ensuring safety and sanitation, and managing contracts for facility maintenance services. Other duties may include assisting with landscaping or groundskeeping, dusting and polishing, washing windows, sweeping and scrubbing floors, vacuuming carpets, replacing light bulbs and fuses, painting, power washing, and assisting with electrical and plumbing systems. The role also involves ensuring compliance with Health Department regulations, responding to emergency situations, and completing various task lists.

Requirements

• Performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure the clubhouse and its facilities are in good working order, including plumbing, electrical, Basic HVAC, carpentry, and other general maintenance tasks.
• Forecasting expenses related to the repairs of the clubhouse and reporting to the General Manager.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy clubhouse environment, including cleaning restrooms, offices, storage rooms, and other common areas.
• Overseeing the operation and maintenance of mechanical and power equipment used for facility upkeep.
• Ensuring the clubhouse environment is safe and sanitary, adhering to health department regulations and responding to emergency situations.
• Completing reports and maintaining records of maintenance activities and equipment.
• Managing contracts for contracted services related to facility maintenance.
• Assisting with other tasks as assigned by management, potentially including landscaping or groundskeeping.
• Dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Washing windows, counters, sinks, toilets, walls, and ceilings.
• Sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing floors.
• Vacuuming carpets.
• Replacing light bulbs and fuses.
• Painting
• Power Washing
• Assisting with maintaining and repairing electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ensuring compliance with all Health Department regulations.

• Completing daily, bi-weekly, weekly and monthly task lists.
