About The Position

The Facility Coordinator will play a crucial role in fostering relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, community organizations, and transportation providers, to support the growth and effectiveness of MediDrive's services. Reporting to the Facility Manager, this role requires extensive travel (up to 40%) and direct engagement with various partners and communities to enhance outreach efforts, promote program initiatives, and support operational objectives. The ideal candidate is an independent, organized, and driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to represent MediDrive’s mission and values in the field.

  • Flexible in responding to the needs of the organization and community partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to use CRM or data management software to document outreach activities.
  • Experience with social media.
  • Ability to learn proprietary software systems for surveys, data/feedback gathering, reporting and communication.
  • Associate’s degree required, preferably in Public Relations, Communications, Social Work, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred) (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in community outreach, public relations, or a related field.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable access to a personal vehicle.
  • Driving record must remain in compliance with the organization's standards.
  • The candidate must be able to use a hands-free mobile device for communication while driving.
  • Must have or be able to obtain car insurance that meets organizational requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working within the healthcare or transportation industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular visits to engage with community organizations, healthcare facilities, and other stakeholders to strengthen MediDrive’s network and presence.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients and community organizations to facilitate collaboration and address program needs.
  • Act as a liaison between MediDrive and local stakeholders to communicate program benefits, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Promote MediDrive's services by organizing and participating in outreach events, presentations, and informational sessions in the community.
  • Serve as the face of MediDrive in local communities, ensuring positive brand representation and awareness.
  • Collect data and feedback from field visits, tracking outreach activities, and reporting insights and observations to the Facility Manager and relevant internal teams.
  • Provide regular updates on outreach initiatives, stakeholder feedback, and potential areas for improvement to guide future strategy and enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the implementation of outreach initiatives and special projects.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align outreach with broader communication efforts.
  • Identify gaps in service delivery or outreach efforts and work with the Facility Manager to develop strategies to address these gaps.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all outreach activities, including contact records, event participation, and stakeholder interactions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve outreach efforts.
