Works with the Director of Recreational Services to ensure the effective daily operation of the Activity Center, University Park, and Heard Stadium. This role involves coordinating the member management system, maintaining accurate records, compiling reports, and ensuring the complete setup for various internal and external events. The position also assists with daily maintenance, facility and equipment upkeep, ordering supplies, and scheduling events. Additionally, it involves working cooperatively with other university user groups, assisting with major renovations and equipment acquisition, overseeing janitorial services, serving as a university liaison for summer camps, and assisting with food pantry operations.
