As a Facilities Coordinator on our team, you’ll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier ®. Sovah Health is a regional health care delivery system with 2 hospital campuses – Danville and Martinsville. Each facility has a 24/7 Emergency Room, Outpatient Imaging Center, and over 20 primary and specialty care physician clinics. Our Danville location is also a teaching hospital that trains medical students and physician residents specializing in family and internal medicine.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

2 years of college is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinates the daily operations of the Plant Operations Department: Processes all repair requests, creates work orders, distributes monthly PM/PE work orders, maintains TMS system.
Responsible for maintaining departmental records, policies, files, and log books.
Works in conjunction with director to maintain Life Safety requirements, tracking, scheduling activities, rounds, fire drills and supporting documentation.
