  • Assist with overseeing daily facility operations and cleaning workflows
  • Support staffing coverage and communicate operational concerns
  • Conduct facility walkthroughs and identify areas needing attention
  • Reinforce company policies, procedures, and quality expectations
  • Assist with employee coaching and operational follow-up
  • Help ensure buildings remain inspection-ready
  • Communicate with leadership regarding staffing, supplies, and facility needs
  • Assist with scheduling coordination and operational execution
  • Maintain professionalism and strong communication with team members and customers
