About The Position

Pleasant Valley Corporation is hiring a Facility Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for nationwide clients and address commercial facility maintenance issues. The role coordinates service delivery throughout the work order life cycle, aiming to resolve issues and sustain client satisfaction. It is part of the Facilities Management division’s Specialty Services team and is based onsite in Medina or Akron, Ohio. The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 1:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Requirements

One to three years of related experience.
A high school diploma, GED, or college certificate.
At least one year of experience resolving client issues within facilities management, a service business, or a customer call center.
Demonstrated success in a telephone-based customer service role.
Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM software, data entry, scheduling, and reporting.

Basic knowledge of construction and general trades.

Responsibilities

Promptly respond to client maintenance requests, assess concerns, and follow procedures to resolve issues through the work order life cycle.
Create work orders, solicit bids, assign service agreements, and manage subcontractors and vendors to address maintenance problems and ensure quality service delivery.
Manage an average of 50 to 70 open work orders concurrently and close an average of five per day.
Maintain continuous communication with vendors, document progress, and support customer satisfaction using the PVC Connect system and Customer Portal.
Follow company operating procedures, monitor vendor performance, and resolve outstanding service issues to support timely, quality project delivery.
