About The Position

Metro Welding Supply Corporation is seeking a dependable, hardworking Janitorial & Facility Cleaning Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across our office and warehouse facilities. This position is responsible for cleaning front office areas, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces, and assisting with general warehouse clean-up and facility organization as needed.

Requirements

• Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Ability to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the day, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain office areas, breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout the facility
• Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
• Assist with warehouse clean-up and general housekeeping
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and cleaning standards
