Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in cleaning and/or painting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of apartments during turnovers, including but not limited to: Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors. Dusting surfaces, wiping down countertops, and cleaning appliances. Sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens. Removing trash and debris.
• Assist with minor painting tasks as directed by team lead.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high standards of cleanliness and quality.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate any issues or concerns to the team lead promptly.
